ONSPEC Systems
Anyathip Co., Ltd. has acquired the rights to Onspec SERS Chips, a research product from NECTEC, for the purpose of researching and developing Onspec Systems, a comprehensive analytical solution that integrates four key components:
-
SERS Chips (Onspec Prime): High-performance Raman signal amplification chips for trace detection.
-
Raman Spectroscopy: A portable, accurate, and fast spectroscopic analyzer.
-
Sample Preparation Unit: A specially designed sample preparation kit that simplifies field work.
-
Onspec Platform: Intelligent cloud computing and database software that provides instant reporting.

Sample Preparation
Sample Collection & Preparation: Collecting and preparing samples using an optimized workflow.
02
SERS Chips
ONSPEC Systems - SERS Chips are Raman signal amplification chips that enhance the identification of chemicals using Raman Spectroscopy, enabling the measurement of biomolecules at trace concentrations. This research and development is by the Optical Thin-Film Technology Laboratory (OTL) at the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Science and Technology, in line with the government's policy of promoting the use of domestic technology for national development.

Mapping Raman Systems
Raman imaging system (Mapping Raman System):
-
Laser Source: Excitation wavelength of 785 nm (or 532 nm or 633 nm depending on the target material) to reduce fluorescence background noise.
-
Mapping Mechanism: The automated motorized XY stage system has a spatial resolution of micrometers (less than 1 micrometer), allowing for area mapping to create hyperspectral imaging instead of single-point measurements. This improves accuracy and reduces variability in molecular positions on the chip.

ONSPEC Platforms
AI Data Analysis
AI Data Analysis & Model Database (Onspec Platforms): Spectrum data is uploaded to the intelligent cloud system "Onspec Platforms" so that the AI (Deep Learning) model can compare it with the disease database (Model Database), process the data, and send the screening results back to the frontline physician within minutes.
